Domestic Shipping:

Enjoy complimentary Ground shipping of your Bioprogramming Beauty Device when ordering on bioprogramming.com. Orders received by 1:30pm EST Monday-Friday will generally ship same day.

Ground Shipping: Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery of your order.
2-Day Shipping: In-stock orders received by 1:30pm EST Monday – Friday will generally ship same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 1:30pm EST, on Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays.
Next Day Shipping: In-stock orders placed received by 1:30pm EST Monday – Friday will generally ship same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 1:30pm EST, on Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays.

Please note: On acceptance of all orders, LUMIELINA USA, INC. will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Orders received after 1:30pm ET will ship the next business day. Transit time varies depending on customer proximity to the warehouses and inventory availability. LUMIELINA USA, INC. will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or other unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, LUMIELINA USA, INC. may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. A small number of zip codes are not eligible for 2-Day service. If no one is home to receive your order, you may receive a card from the courier with further instructions. LUMIELINA USA, INC. only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

PRODUCT SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will enjoy the products you purchase on Bioprogramming.com. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order or any of our products, simply return your purchase in its in its original packaging, with your original packing slip and receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) within twenty-one (21) days from the purchase date.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Re-pack the device(s) in the original box including the packing receipt, the warranty card, manual, accessories, and protective packaging.
  2. Remove any labels from the original shipping carton before reusing. This will prevent possible delays.
  3. Using the prepaid return label, drop your package off at your local FedEx location.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.
